Portable Solar Panel Heaters

How can I build a cheap solar powered pool heater?
I have a pool and I want to build a solar powered pool heater for it. The only thing is that I don’t really know the right way to do it.I’ve done some research online about different heating methods and have found out that the most ideal thing for me is to put a solar panel on top of the roof. The only thing is that my pool is not that close to the house and connecting a pipe to the solar panel would mean that I would have to let the pipe run across the walkway which is not pretty and can be dangerous. My pool is inground and I’m having trouble figuring out which would be best: a portable one that stands or one that goes on the roof.I don’t really want to spend hundreds of dollars on this so my budget is around $200. Any help would be appreciated.
Black rubber water hoses or black plastic pipe coiled tight in the sun on black plastic tarp with a fractional horsepower pump and a check valve to hold a prime on the pump is as basic as you can get and it works. You cant get a solar panel very cheap thes days but there are lots on the market. the thing that gives you more heat to be enough to do the job is more collector surface on your solar collector. (more black hose, more plastic surface, and more gallons of water circulating from the pool , through the coils of sun heated tubes and back into the pool.
That’s as simple as i can get for now. Re-search the web for solar panels. and look to Honeywell for solar controls.
