should I move away from california or move to a place in washington?

I am worried with all of the mexicans and the cost of living in california. I am not sure what to do. I have looked at a place in washington and it is 10 acres with stream and everything. I could build a house with a solar panel and pipe water in there but I do not know if I should move away from my mountain home in socal? Any suggestions
my home is payed for and I have no debt

Washington State is incredible.
If you don’t mind the rain, I would recommend moving here. Lots of green! The people are very nice and welcoming as well.
