The maximum power point voltage of these cells is just over 0.5 volts. That is the optimum value to harvest the most power from the cell. This will require managment either electrically, physicaly or both to get max voltage from the cell. If you just place this cell in the sun you will not necessarily get this full capacity but rather at a significant performace reduction if the system is not properly designed.
The issue is properly matching the panel to the load so that the load doesn’t pull down the panel voltage and lower the resulting power output. So if you just chucked a bunch of these cells together
you will get voltage but not necessarliy the full power that you paid for. You could loose a 1/3 to 1/2 of power capability of the cell.
