How do Solar Powered patio lanterns work?
I just purchased a solar-powered set of patio lanterns which didn’t come with any kind of instructions. One day I’ll have to go to the store and get some but until then, maybe I could find some help here. They are all joined together with a main solar panel. This main solar panel has an on/off switch as do the 8 solar powered lanterns. I have hung the lanterns where I want them, I have turned all of the switches on the lanterns to the on position and have mounted the main solar panel in a spot that will find sunshine in the day. Should the main panel be switched to on or off during the day or is this just to turn them on/off at night. I’m assuming the panel just collects power from the daylight and stores it no matter what. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks.
in day light solar power charging to rechargeable battery in your lanterns or storage some where place .dint need to switch off .the panel is fix by light sensor that will switch on only when there is no light .you have to replace the batteries only if the performance is less and less .or if not enough sun light you can re charge the batteries by using charger not provide by purchase .
