Solar Panel Yard Lights

Any Gardeners out there?
My whole back yard is solar lights. The problem is the little solar panels on the tops of the lights when it rains, water gets into the little indentations around the frame of the little solar top, the water gets down inside the lights and rust it. Where the light comes out of the solar rocks, the glass face plate fogs up and it gets bits of moisture inside, again I don’t want it to rust. Any product to “Seal” these lights you know of, don’t want to bring them in, they look awesome even in the rain. I heard there is a spray, but do not know the name or where/how to look it up…thank you
How about a silicone all purpose clear sealant?
